Tatya has been with Helix since 2011 and leads all Sourcing and Research for Helix including Executive-level and business and market intelligence. Over the years Tatya has been instrumental to Helix’s success by identifying and sourcing key talent for extremely niche roles across a range of industries. While Tatya started out with Helix in the energy and traditional chemical sectors, he easily pivoted into the nascent sectors of Synthetic Biotechnolgy, AgTech, FoodTech, Alternative Materials, Carbon Capture and Big Data/Machine Learning/AI. Tatya’s research skills are unparalleled, and he is always on the hunt to identify and implement new sources and methods to add to Helix’s research capabilities which consistently bringing the best talent to Helix’s clients.
Besides his core responsibilities, Tatya also represents Helix at HR and Sourcing Conferences as both a speaker and participant where he consistently finishes in the top 3 of researchers and sources.
